AdQuality, is an independent media group specialized in digital marketing and traffic acquisition for more than 7 years (SEA, SEO, Social Media, Display, Retargeting & Marketplace), with a strong international presence: Ukraine, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Turkey and Vancouver.

You ensure the relationship with the customer, the implementation of recommendations, the follow-up of campaigns, the purchase of space on social networks (Facebook Ad’s, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat) and you help to develop this acquisition lever.

RÔLES ET MISSIONS

As such, the missions are the following:

 

– Autonomous management of the customer relationship.
– Creation of campaigns for our clients on the SEA and SMA levers.
– Campaign management and optimization.
– Reporting of campaigns, results, presentation of results.
– Performance analysis and operational advice to the client.
– Definition of recommendations for the agency’s clients.
– Response to calls for tenders, competitive benchmark, sector.
– Agency visibility: participation in the agency’s community management, writing articles for the blog.

 

On a daily basis, you will work in real synergy with our SEO and Analytics experts.

 

Skills and Knowledge :

 

– Expertise in social networks.
– You have a “content” and editorial sensibility.
– Web culture as well as digital marketing and advertising (CPC, CPM, CPL)
– Knowledge of the office suite and especially of Excel.
– Knowledge of tracking tools is an advantage.
– Autonomous, dynamic, available and a taste for initiative.
– Fluency in English is a real bonus.

 

Within the framework of the realization of your missions, internal and continuous trainings will be proposed to you to acquire new competences, to gain in autonomy and effectiveness.

LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

The profile:

 

Coming from the world of the Internet and ideally from social media, the desired profile will have to justify:

– Higher education equivalent to a BAC+5 (such as business school or communication school),
– Proof of at least one year’s experience in social ads and SEA in an agency.
a good knowledge and appetite for digital acquisition,
– Rigor and dynamism,
– Analytical skills and adaptability,
– The sense of the customer,
– Team spirit.

LE RECRUTEMENT

We have adopted a three-step recruitment process:

 

– A first telephone exchange.
– A first interview conducted by the agency director, this interview focuses on the candidate’s personality and values. We take this opportunity to present the agency and the challenges of the position. This interview will be followed by a practical test.
– A ” job” interview with the Team Leader based on the candidate’s experience and know-how.

Under the responsibility of the commercial management, you will be in charge of hunting new accounts.

RÔLES ET MISSIONS

As such the missions are the following:

 

Market Analysis:

 

– Defining your prospecting ground (TPE)
– Elaborate and take ownership of the sales argument in connection with product marketing
– Ensure a competitive and technological surveillance

 

Hunting and commercial prospection:

 

– Identify lead-generating contacts and study customer needs
– Ensure the presentations (demonstration on site, remotely…)
– Negotiate and close the contractual conditions and optimize the conditions of margins (generated turnover) for the company.
– Transmit the file to the project teams in charge of production.

 

Reporting:

 

– Ensuring CA objectives are met

LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

The profile:

 

Coming from the digital world or from the sale of SAAS, the required profile will have to justify:

 

– Higher education equivalent to a BAC+2.
– To justify an experience of 2 years in an agency.
– To have a good elocution and customer contact, ability to adapt to the customer, to be as close as possible to his expectations.
– Be curious about the different sectors of the addressed customers.
– To have a capacity of analysis, creation and follow-up of reporting, transparency on the actions carried out.
